She's a wife, mom of 4, with a background in pharmacology, personal training, life coaching, nutrition, and high performance habits.

She's been implementing the practices she teaches all day every day for over a decade.

She's helped over 50+ moms achieve their weight loss goals, improve their mindset and health, and find balance in their motherhood journey.

Her journey from overweight and shy teenager to fitness and mindset advocate for moms equips her in helping moms attain physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Brittan helps clients make healthier choices by getting out of their hurried mindset and letting go of their timeline. She encourages them to incorporate spiritual practices (such as scriptures and journaling) to balance the chaos of the world.
